What Should I Expect to Pay for Furnishings?
Typically, our standard package for short-term rentals falls within the range of $13 to $15 per square foot of the property. When dealing with budget constraints, we specialize in optimizing your investment by selecting durable, cost-effective furnishings that possess lasting appeal to a broad spectrum of potential renters. Our focus lies in key areas such as the living room and primary bedroom, employing tactics like blending higher-priced pieces with more economical ones to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic without exceeding your financial limits.
Should you desire additional packages or upgrades, the anticipated total may rise accordingly. Rest assured, we're adept at accommodating clients with restricted budgets, offering tailored solutions for furnishing their short-term rentals.
Our Process
Not all projects timelines are not the same. Each project is different and will have a scope of work tailored to that project.
The Design Session
In our design session, we'll delve into your requirements for your rental property, including your needs, budget, and objectives. A designer surveys the premises. We verify the capacity needs, completing the quotation. With this insight, we'll devise a tailored strategy and guide you through our approach. Typically, we aim to facilitate the launch of new rentals within approximately 6 weeks. Upon mutual agreement, 50% of the total fee is payable.
THE PROCURMENT
With a wealth of experience in furnishing short and long-term rentals, our design experts will shop the key elements that leave the strongest impression on your guests while also being simple for you to maintain. During this stage, you will receive a furniture plan an a design plan with images of the selected furnishings. We want our clients to feel assured with the tailored solutions out team has prepared for your rental. Items are ordered and delivered to the property. A date is confirmed for installation.
The Installation
Receive quotes for a variety of installation choices to suit every budget, ranging from do-it-yourself solutions to premium white-glove services. A date is confirmed for product delivery to the property. Our team arrives for our one to two-day installation with furniture & decor. Once the setup is complete, embark on booking stays at your rental property and kickstart your earnings.
The Photo Shoot
Capturing photos of short-term rentals is crucial for enticing potential guests. High-quality images showcasing each room's features and amenities can significantly impact booking decisions. Lighting and composition play pivotal roles in presenting the property in its best light. Emphasizing unique selling points, such as cozy interiors or scenic views, can make the listing stand out in a competitive market.
Our Basic Package
- Furniture, rugs, wall art, mirrors & decor
- Two sets of linens per bed, two towel sets per guest
- Patio furniture, including sectionals and outdoor dining.
- Kitchen items, including dish ware (cups, plates, coffee mugs, silverware), pots and pans, measuring equipment,
We do not provide items that are expected to run out within one month. For example, expect to purchase soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent, sponges, pantry items and paper products.
